A Community Open House with Consultants from Urban Systems will be held on the draft Active Transportation Network Plan (ATNP) on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the District of Metchosin Council Chambers, 4450 Happy Valley Road.
The District of Metchosin has released the draft ATNP, which provides a strategy to improve active transportation in Metchosin that aligns with the policy goals and objectives that are most important to the community.
The first round of engagement on the ATNP took place throughout the Fall 2024. The District is now conducting a Phase 2 engagement. The draft ATNP and community survey is now available until March 11, 2025. Please visit www.metchosin.ca to participate in the survey or use the QR Code provided.
Copies of the survey are also available at the Municipal Hall.
2025-2029 Draft Five Year Financial Plan & 2025 Property Taxes
District staff will also be presenting information on the draft 2025-2029 Five-Year Financial Plan and will be available to answer questions regarding 2025 property taxes.
